John T. Walsh Jr.
John
is a graduate of Providence College and Suffolk University Law
School who grew up here in Northern Rhode Island. John practices
real estate and probate law, along with the other areas of the
firm's expertise. The firm’s real estate practice is supported
by John’s over thirty years of experience in dealing with New
England real estate. He has helped hundreds of individuals with
their real estate issues, including, closings, surveying issues,
and title defects. John is an instructor at the Community College
of Rhode Island. John is a founding partner of the firm.
Paul A. Brule
Paul
is a graduate of Providence College and Suffolk University Law
School who, along with John, grew up here in Northern Rhode Island.
Paul has been practicing law for over twenty years and his concentration
is in estate and tax planning as well as the firm's other areas
of business and personal law. His vast knowledge of the Medicaid
industry has helped numerous individuals secure State aid for
nursing home expenses. Paul has been a professor at Providence
College in the School of Business and currently teaches in the
graduate M.B.A. program. Paul is a founding partner of the law
firm.
Andrew G. Nault
Andy
graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island
in 1991. He continued his studies at the University of North Carolina
where he received his law degree in 1994. Andy grew up in Rhode
Island and became a partner at the firm in 2006. Andy's practice
includes the areas of estate and Medicaid planning, corporate
and contract law and litigation. When he is not practicing law,
he serves as a member of the United States Army Reserve.
Associates
Peter A. Hainley
Peter
is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Roger Williams University
School of Law. Peter has been working for Walsh, Brule & Nault
for over nine years and is admitted to practice in Rhode Island,
Massachusetts and Connecticut. Peter concentrates primarily on
Elder Law issues, including assisting elders with qualification
for Medicaid payment of nursing home costs, long-term protection
of assets and estate planning. In addition to Elder Law, Peter’s
practice also includes probate matters, traditional estate planning,
real estate and civil litigation, along with the firm’s other
areas of practice
Michael D. Crane
Michael
is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College of California and Roger
Williams University School of Law. After eight years in the broadcast
and software industries, Michael moved across country to attend
law school in Rhode Island. Michael’s areas of practice include
real estate, business law, and elder law along with the firm’s
other areas of practice.
